Andy O’Halloran has been involved in Event Security for over 20 years having originally gained his experience working for Special Projects Security Ltd managing nationwide contracts including Manchester United, Aintree, Chester & Haydock park racecourses as well as several test cricket grounds and Football stadiums across the UK and Europe.

 

Andy’s carer began as Logistics Manager responsible for managing kit, equipment & transport for over 1500 staff nationwide, he quickly moved on to an operational role in key positions including Assistant Operations Manager where he was responsible for Operational delivery, recruitment & training of both the events & static guarding division before moving onto the role of General Manager.

 

In 2002 Andy established Frontline Security Services initially to provide security & stewarding personnel to the Commonwealth Games hosted in Manchester.

 

Following on from the Games Frontline quickly established itself in the Static Guarding market supplying Hotels and commercial premises whilst continuing to grow the Events division by engaging in partnering agreements with  several national security providers providing staff on a sub contract basis, this formed the platform for expanding our own portfolio of clients in all sectors including a new Close Protection division providing staff and executive transport solutions to the music & corporate sector.

In 2004 Frontline were appointed sole supplier status to the Manchester Central Convention Complex for the supply of all Security, Stewarding & traffic Management personnel, Frontline continue to supply traffic Management services & logistics consultancy, our events division has continued to build on this platform securing contracts with other sporting & events venues across the UK.

 

Frontline has continued to grow in all sectors and in 2014 the decision was taken to grow the Static Guarding business by the acquisition of a small well established Guarding company in Manchester increasing our presence in this very important market,

 

In 2015 we further increased our Event Operations with the purchase of shares in a well-respected event Security company based in in London giving the group nationwide coverage and approved supplier status at Olympia London, EXCEL London & the Business Design Centre, JBSC Group was established to facilitate this growth and allow us to merge all three companies streamlining and centralising our admin functions allowing us to concentrate on operational delivery.
